Lego home school

So along with everyone else, I've been branching out and trying to learn how to teach my kids during lockdown. I figured I could combine my photography and film skills with their favourite toy - Lego - and we embarked on a rigorous engineering experiment.

The challenge: to build a construction solid enough to resist the wrecking ball, using a slow motion camera to see where the different Lego buildings broke. My kids loved it, and got to grips with the slow-mo pretty fast, using it to come up with a design that wouldn't break, no matter how hard we hit it. Wish I'd been able to do this at school!
